Below are the items that you will need to address in order to have your player properly rostered to a team. All of the following items need to be completed and submitted to your respective team manager as a
complete player package.

Register player with Canton Victory Honda
here. There is a cost to register.
2.
Register player with USA Hockey
here. There is a cost to register. 6 and under are free.
3.
Complete and submit the following forms to your team manager.

*Be prepared to produce a copy of your player's birth certificate, if requested.
